Welcome to the Organized Life by Design Network

Melissa, Multitasking Mama

Welcome to Organized Life by Design! We want all women to create happy and organized homes, schedules and lives! Let's stop putting so much pressure on ourselves for everything to be "perfect" and find systems that work for us and our families to keep things running smoothly. We can help you get from where you are to where you need to be. Let's turn any chaos to calm together!

The Organizer, Melissa Multi-Tasking Mama, will be posting on different topics. Melissa will be discussing different strategies and ideas for implementing organization and order in your life. In addition we will be talking about living your life by God's design through various blogs about marriage, raising kids, taking care of yourself and more.

Please share with us how you keep your family, home, business and just your life in general, running smoothly! Also let us know if you have specific organizing questions that our professional organizers can answer for you. Look for our blog and forum posts for tips and ways to keep family life balanced. The more organized- the less stress- the less stress- the more you can relax and enjoy your blessings!

Starting your kids on veggies early is a great idea- people are always amazed that my boys love broccoli, salads, etc and I always say it's because they have been eating veggies since they started eating solid food.

Great point, Sera~ I just talked about this on the radio show Friday! We are of no use to our families when our own "cup" is empty!

I seriously think one of the major keys to all of this advice is scheduling time for yourself. I totally let everything else fall to pieces when I'm not taking time to rejuvenate and just relax and unwind.

Ooooh! That sounds so good. I'm having trouble getting my daughter to eat many veggies, so I picked up a couple sweet potatoes (not something we usually have) to let her try. But, I want to change my own habits and eat more veggies so I can be a b...

This would be a great thing to win! We would use them for our cameras (we just gave our 6 year old our old digital camera for his birthday and he really drains that batter), wireless mouse, and clocks. Those seem to be the most draining our our ba...

Featured Member of the Month

This month's featured member is Alyssa Avant. Alyssa orginally began Organized Life by Design and I bought it from her in July 2008. She wanted to focus on her ministry and has been busy having a baby and birthing another ministry since then. She is a true multi-tasker.

Her latest project, Faith Leaps, is a fabulous three month program for women feeling led to ministry but not knowing how or where to start. I have participated in this program and it is fabulous. Alyssa just recently upped the ante with this great program by including 1:1 coaching with her as part of one of the packages.

Be sure to stop by her Faith Leaps site, her ministry site and her blog. You won't regret getting to know this member of our community better!
